I was, to put simply, in dental course heaven. This is a 80% hands on course. 3 days. 9-5, ending at 6.
Extremely well put together with awesome quality of presentations.
Blonde proof; every technique is broken down into baby steps and then repeated many a times to etch itself in your brain and memory muscles.
Unhurried pace with lots of time to try anything you like.
Quality of instruments, dams, matrices, burs and polishers is top level. The punched holes were delightful and crisp. The dam never shed a single tear.
And to top it off , cherry on the cake, I got to try a pink dental dam
My rating is 100 Anya's diamonds

“I have been looking forward to this course for so long and it did not disappoint. It was even better than I had hoped! It was fantastic to have three expert, experienced and importantly friendly and approachable speakers, sharing their knowledge and tips.
There were so many hands on problem solving exercises and great opportunities to try an unbelievably wide range of matrix systems. I learnt so much from all three days - and they are all manageable things that I am confident I can try in practice.
For context, I am an average GDP associate who has spent 11 years working in a mainly NHS practices. I wanted a course where I could learn to improve my composite skills and increase my confidence with private posterior composites, but in a way that was simple and achievable with my skill set.
This course has given me all of this and more. Thank you so much to Chris, Alan and Ollie.
I can not recommend this course highly enough.”

“This was such a fantastic course! It was even better than what I thought it was going to be. I wish I could do all over again as I enjoyed it this much. Atmosphere was so lovely. Chris Allan and Ollie are really well amalgamated together. All 3 of them are such great teachers and so down to earth people. They convey their messages so clearly, making it all easy to follow and to retain! They ensure everyone understands and offer one to one assistance if you every get stuck with any of the tasks.
The course was spread over 3 days. Each days’ content was extremely useful giving out brilliant hints and tips and problem solving for everyday dentistry.
I can’t say enough how much it has helped me as dental therapist. After attending this course I feel as though I can tackle tricky cavity preparation/contact points much quicker with better outcomes. I feel way more confident now in using rubber dam too- I find far less excuses for not using it! On the course I also learnt when and how and what type of matrix band is suitable for which case.
Each aspect of the course was ever so relevant to my daily job as Dental Therapist. Also worth mentioning is that everybody was treated equally and I didn’t feel left out being dental Therapist on a ‘’Dentist’s course’’- felt welcomed and equal. And also no matter what stage of your career you are on you will gain invaluable skills/knowledge which you can easily take into your practice.
I could not recommend this course enough!”

“It was such a pleasure to take part in this course. The three days flew by, and I’d happily sacrifice a day off and a weekend day to repeat it! If you, like me, are interested in standardising your composite skills, so that you can work with your nurse to have a reproducible method that will cover most common clinical scenarios, then this is the course for you. I left feeling really enthusiastic, and like I can order a few key bits of kit/materials which will stay with me and suffice for everything I need to do with composite. Chris, Ollie and Alan are such a great team. They are friendly, approachable, passionate, and realistic, and no matter what stage of your career you are at, they will teach you invaluable theory and skills that you will easily take back into practice.“

“The teaching and hands on experience including tips, tricks and problem solving for day to day composites was excellent. It’s really helpful that the course is set up so you can take the knowledge and skills learnt over the three days and implement them straight away on Monday. And the fact that you can easily get the materials used on the course from the incidental website straight away and all in one place. I wish this course was around earlier in my dental career after I graduated from Uni. I particularly appreciated the deep margin elevation of posteriors and gingivectomy using thermocut burs and rubber dam isolation.”

“By far one of the best composite courses I have been on.
So much hands on practical learning; tackling lots of the difficult, real life clinical restorative situations we can find ourselves in. Teaching you to problem solve these scenarios, with lots of great kit to try out.
All the course tutors are extremely knowledgeable, approachable and honest.
I thoroughly enjoyed this course and have been able to utilise a lot of what I learnt in practice.
It has improved my clinical skills massively; I have become more confident in tackling more difficult restorations and more confident in using rubber dam and sectional matrices.
I would highly recommend this course and would happily do it again, I enjoyed it that much!”

The hands on experience that you’ll gain is exceptional and equipment provided for every delegate to try out second to none!”

“I would highly recommend any dentist to attend this fantastic composite course. I feel so much more confident now placing posterior and anterior composites, when using rubber dam and sectional matrices. This course is applicable to dentists of any level and it included lots of hands on practical experience. Chris, Ollie and Alan were friendly, helpful and very informative.”
