Incidental Training Courses Terms and Conditions
Courses should be paid in full at the time of ordering to secure your place
All cancellations must be sent by email to admin@incidentalltd.co.uk
Cancellations received 60 calendar days or more before the course start date but within 7 calendar days from the date of booking (cooling off period) will receive a full refund less an admin fee equal to 2% of the total fee paid.
Cancellations received 60 calendar days or more before the course start date but over 7 calendar days from the date of booking will receive a full refund less an admin fee which equates to 10% of the total course fee paid.
Cancellations received less than 60 calendar days prior to the course date will not qualify for any refund regardless of the booking date. If we are able to transfer the course place to another paying delegate then a full refund will be granted less an admin fee which equates to 10% of the total course fee paid.
Failure to attend the course on the day will be treated as late cancellation and no refund will be given even in the event of illness or a positive test result or request to self-isolate related to Covid-19
Every effort will be made to avoid unnecessary changes to course arrangements. In the unlikely event that a course has to be cancelled or its date altered, a full refund or credit for a future course will be offered to course participants. In the event of a course cancellation no liability will be accepted for loss of income or travel expenses.
Course fees will cover cost of: tuition, course materials, lunch and refreshments and certificates. It does not include accommodation, relevant personal insurance or evening meals.
