Incidental Composite Course 

Delegates who successfully complete this course will be awarded 21 hours Verifiable CPD 

Aims:

To update course delegates on modern strategies for direct composite restorations in line with the best evidence, materials and equipment

Learning Objectives:

By the end of the session participants will be able to:

1)    Discuss the main causes of direct restoration failure and strategies to mitigate these risks

2)    Demonstrate rubber dam isolation for a wide range of restorative treatments

3)    Choose and employ a suitable matrix system for a wide variety of cavity preparations

4)    Demonstrate correctly shapes anterior and posterior direct composite restorations.

5)    Demonstrate and effective polishing protocol for anterior and posterior direct composite restorations.
