Aims:
To update course delegates on current dental clinical photography best practice in terms of equipment, technique, compliance and editing.
Learning Objectives:
By the end of the session participants will be able to:
1) Discuss the settings and variables that can be altered to produce a high quality clinical photograph
2) Choose an appropriate camera set up for dental clinical images
3) Demonstrate a set of standard dental clinical images
4) Demonstrate how to globally edit photos for presentation purposes
5) Give an account of consent and storage issues in dentistry
6) Apply studio photography lighting techniques to photograph dental laboratory work
